As a Branch Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operations of our grocery branches, driving performance, and supporting branch teams to deliver excellence.
🛠 What You’ll Get Your Hands On:
- Oversee daily operations of assigned grocery branch.
- Monitor KPIs and ensure targets are achieved.
- Support and guide branch team leaders in managing staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Manage branch-level reporting, stock levels, and operational needs.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
🧙♂️ The Magic You Bring
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail, FMCG, or grocery operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage teams and coordinate branch-level operations.
- Good knowledge of inventory control, stock management, and customer service.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma preferred, but relevant experience will be considered.
