What you’ll do:
  • Manage our social media accounts (META, Tiktok) with daily posting.
  • Write catchy captions (copywriting) and handle community management.
  • Track trends and local conversations to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Collaborate with the Content Creator to align visuals and messaging.
  • Plan campaigns, contests, and interactive content to drive engagement/revenue.
  • Analyze metrics, generate weekly/monthly reports, and optimize content to meet KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions).
  • Support paid social campaigns and influencer collaborations.
What we’re looking for:
  • Fluent in Arabic (excellent knowledge of Qatari dialect).
  • 1–3 years of social media experience.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills.
  • Creative, trend-aware, and data-driven.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to work under deadlines.
  • Comfortable using analytics tools and reporting results to the Marketing Manager.
