We’re looking for a Social Media Executive who is hands-on, fast, and detail-oriented, someone who can execute daily social operations with precision and speed.
This role is responsible for supporting the Social Media Lead in publishing, community management, content coordination, and real-time execution.
You will play a key role in ensuring Snoonu’s social presence is consistent, responsive, and always active.
🛠 What You’ll Get Your Hands On:
1. Content Publishing & execution
- Execute daily posting across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, Snapchat)
- Upload and format content (captions, tagging, timing)
- Ensure all posts follow brand tone, guidelines, and campaign direction
- Support in scheduling and maintaining the content calendar
2. Community management
- Manage DMs, comments, and mentions across platforms using tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social
- Respond to users in a timely, professional, and on-brand tone (AR & EN)
- Escalate complaints, sensitive issues, or PR risks to the manager
- Monitor conversations and flag trends or recurring feedback
3. Content support & on-ground execution
- Assist in shooting content using mobile (iPhone/Android) for stories, reels, and reactive content
- Support production days, influencer shoots, and activations when needed
- Capture behind-the-scenes and real-time moments
4. Coordination & alignment
- Work closely with:
- Creative team
- Influencer team
- Design team
- Ensure all content is received, reviewed, and posted on time
- Follow up on pending assets and approvals
5. Performance tracking
- Track daily/weekly performance metrics
- Support in preparing reports (engagement, reach, top-performing content)
- Highlight content that performs well or underperforms
🧙♂️ The Magic You Bring
Experience:
- 1–3 years in social media, content, or digital marketing
- Experience managing or supporting brand social accounts
Skills:
- Fluent in Arabic & English (mandatory) able to write and respond in both languages
- Strong attention to detail (captions, spelling, formatting)
- Basic understanding of social media platforms, algorithems and trends
- Ability to shoot and capture content using mobile
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
