We're looking for a creative, social-first content creator who loves capturing moments, spotting trends, and turning everyday experiences into engaging content.
You'll be responsible for bringing Snoonu City to life across social media by showcasing merchants, events, activations, people, and experiences through short-form content and community storytelling.
If you're always filming, editing, creating Reels or TikToks, and know what people actually enjoy watching, this role is for you.
🛠 What You’ll Get Your Hands On:
Content Creation
- Create engaging day-to-day social content for Snoonu City across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and X.
- Capture photo and video content on-site at merchants, events, activations, and community initiatives.
- Edit short-form videos optimized for each platform.
- Write engaging captions that reflect Snoonu City's personality and tone of voice.
- Repurpose content into multiple formats to maximize reach.
Content Publishing
- Schedule and publish content according to the editorial calendar.
- Ensure all content is published accurately and on time.
- Adapt creative assets to platform-specific formats and best practices.
- Support campaign rollouts and seasonal content initiatives.
Community Management
- Monitor comments, messages, and community conversations.
- Respond to followers using Snoonu City's tone of voice.
- Escalate customer issues to the appropriate teams when needed.
- Encourage conversations and engage with community-generated content.
Trend Spotting
- Stay up to date with social media trends, sounds, creators, and platform updates.
- Suggest content ideas inspired by local culture and current trends.
- Bring fresh ideas to weekly content planning meetings.
Collaboration
- Work closely with the Creative, Production, Merchant Marketing, PR, and Brand teams.
- Coordinate with merchants and partners to capture content opportunities.
- Support influencer visits and community activations when required.
🧙♂️ The Magic You Bring
- 1–3 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and X.
- Comfortable capturing and editing mobile-first content.
- Strong writing skills in Arabic and English.
- Passion for social media, storytelling, and content creation.
- Highly organized and proactive.
- Comfortable working on-site at events, merchant locations, and community activations.
- Experience using CapCut, Canva, Adobe Express, or similar editing tools.
- Basic photography and videography skills.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools.
