As the Campaign Operations and Implementation Specialist, you are the central bridge connecting strategy, creative, product, and execution. You will own the end-to-end campaign lifecycle—taking briefs from marketing and commercial teams, translating them into actionable workflows, and coordinating across internal departments to ensure flawless campaign launches.

🛠 What You’ll Get Your Hands On:

  • Central Campaign Orchestration: Act as the primary point of contact and liaison for all campaign briefs entering the pipeline across Snoonu’s ecosystem.
  • Briefing & Creative Alignment: Translate incoming campaign requests into clear creative briefs for the design team, ensuring standard visual assets, formats, and messaging guidelines are clear.
  • Cross-Functional Execution: Coordinate directly with Content, Product, and Marketing teams to implement campaign features, content updates, and banner placements.
  • Timeline Management: Manage campaign implementation schedules, keeping cross-functional teams accountable to launch dates.
  • Pre-Launch QA: Review all creative assets, links, and campaign collateral for accuracy before launch.
  • Troubleshooting & Bottleneck Removal: Proactively identify execution delays, facilitate quick solutions between teams, and keep campaigns moving forward under fast-turnaround conditions.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously refine intake forms, briefing templates, and cross-departmental communication workflows to improve time-to-market.

🧙‍♂️ The Magic You Bring
  • 2–4 years of experience in Ad Operations, Campaign Management, or Integrated Marketing (a Media Agency background is strongly preferred).
  • Fluent in English; Native/Fluent Arabic is strongly preferred to smoothly collaborate across local teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of app marketing, banner specs, promotional campaigns, and how digital campaigns flow from brief to live execution.
  • Exceptional cross-functional communication, strong stakeholder management, high agility under pressure, and a proactive problem-solving mindset. You know who to talk to, how to ask, and how to get things done quickly without sacrificing quality.
