We're looking for a highly creative Social Media Designer to bring the Snoonu brand to life across all social platforms. You'll be responsible for designing engaging, platform-first content that captures attention while maintaining a consistent, premium, and recognizable visual identity.
You'll play a key role in shaping how millions of users experience the Snoonu brand across social media by creating culturally relevant content that resonates with audiences across Qatar and the GCC.
🛠 What You’ll Get Your Hands On:
- Design high-quality static and animated content for all Snoonu social media channels.
- Create social-first assets including posts, stories, reels covers, carousels, infographics, GIFs, and motion graphics.
- Collaborate closely with Copywriters, Social Media Managers, Videographers, Influencer Managers, and the Creative team to develop engaging campaigns.
- Adapt campaign key visuals into platform-native social media assets while maintaining consistency with the Snoonu brand.
- Maintain a strong and consistent visual identity across all social media content.
- Design reactive and real-time content around trends, cultural moments, and brand opportunities.
- Support influencer campaigns by creating branded assets and creative templates.
- Design creatives for both organic and paid social campaigns.
- Prepare and deliver assets in the correct specifications for each platform to ensure flawless publishing.
- Stay up to date with platform updates, design trends, social media best practices, and emerging content formats.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while consistently delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines.
- Organize and maintain design files, templates, and creative assets for efficient collaboration across the team.
🧙♂️ The Magic You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in social media design, preferably within a fast-paced brand, agency, or startup.
- Strong portfolio showcasing social-first creative work across multiple platforms.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma. Premiere Pro and Canva are a plus.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, motion design, and visual storytelling.
- Deep knowledge of social media platform best practices, specifications, trends, and content formats.
- Fluent in both English and Arabic (written and spoken) – mandatory.
- Strong understanding of the GCC market, culture, and social media landscape, with the ability to create culturally relevant and locally relevant content.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for digital culture, creativity, and creating content people genuinely want to engage with.
