Snoonu's Treasury team keeps the company's money moving safely, efficiently, and compliantly, from the cash sitting in our operating accounts, to the funds settling through our payment processors, to the salaries and settlements that reach our staff and drivers every cycle. As a Corporate Treasury Analyst, you will own the day- to-day cash and liquidity operations across our multi-bank, multi-currency network in Qatar and GCC, while also supporting payments/settlement operations and funding activities. This is a broad, hands-on role for someone who wants both the precision and discretion of operational treasury work and exposure across the full treasury function at a fast-moving fintech.
🛠 What You’ll Get Your Hands On:
Cash and Liquidity Management
- Reconcile daily cash flow across Group bank accounts in multiple currencies, incorporating approved expense and bill data into the cash position.
- Prepare daily cash position report and short-term cash flow forecasts across all operating, reserve, and settlement accounts, as well as maintaining and refining medium to long term cash flow models.
- Monitor bank account balances and initiate internal transfers to optimize liquidity and minimize idle cash.
- Support bank account administration, signatory management, and KYC/documentation requests, including cheque book requests.
Payments, Settlement and Disbursement Operations
- Execute local transfer bulk files, process international transfers, and prepare cheques as required.
- Monitoring daily collections and settlements flows across payment partners, card networks, and banks, as well as investigating and resolving delays.
- Manage petty cash, bank and credit card entries, COD adjustments, and wallet transfers.
- Work with Payments Ops to troubleshoot failed transactions, funding shortfalls, or settlement timing issues, and help maintain contingency procedures for disruptions.
Banks and Financing Facilities
- Assist with banking facilities, credit lines, or any other financing arrangements, including covenant tracking and reporting.
- Support preparation of materials for lenders.
- Help monitor interest rates, FX, and exposures, and assist with hedging or mitigation recommendations.
Cross-Functional and Reporting
- Partner with Accounting, FP&A, Compliance, and Legal on treasury-related reporting and audits.
- Prepare regular management reporting on cash, liquidity, settlement performance, and funding metrics.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual treasury and payment processes and strengthen controls.
🧙♂️ The Magic You Bring
- 2–4 years of experience in corporate treasury, cash management, banking operations, or a related finance role (fintech or payments experience a strong plus).
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of cash management, banks operations, and payment/settlement flows.
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; proficiency with treasury/banking portals (Experience with a TMS (e.g., Kyriba) or ERP systems (Odoo / MS Dynamics 365) is a plus).
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple daily, weekly, and monthly cash and payment cycles simultaneously.
- Understanding of regulatory payment requirements (e.g., withholding tax, KYC documentation, …etc.).

- High attention to detail and discretion, given the sensitivity and volume of treasury transactions.
- Clear communicator who can work across Finance, Accounting, Audit, Operations, and legal.
- Familiarity with multi-bank reconciliation and local/international payment processes across Qatar and the GCC.
